My car wouldn't start. I called the Lake Villa shop and Ken helped me. I really didn't know what to do.

Honest service, fair prices. I worked late and could not get there in time to pick my car up. Ken actually called me to make sure I didn't need the car before he left for the day. This kind of service is incredibly rare and much appreciated.

Ken changed the oil in my 67 Chevy and found a bad alternator. They had a new one installed promptly and re set my battery correctly. Very happy with the service at Gages Lake Auto.

Talk about saving the day... Thank you to Skip and Gages Lake Auto. After packing our truck and travel trailer, we noticed low pressure on our truck tire. Instead of driving to Wisconsin, we drove to Gages Lake Auto. They fixed our tire (rim leak) and got us back on the road to enjoy our weekend.

Another routine oil change but they always let you know of ANY potential problems. This is THE ONLY place to take your car for mechanical maintenance. If your going ANYWHERE else your paying too much and not getting as good as service!!

I just can't say enough good things about Gages Lake Auto and their employees. Everyone is always so pleasant to work with and talk to. They take their time and do things right the first time. If the time estimate looks like it's going to run longer, they let me know as soon as possible. And they are always great about working with me to borrow a loaner vehicle. On a personal level, they have helped me out of a jam and have been so kind a caring with their help. As a bonus they are always great to my son when we come in. He actually looks forward to dropping off and picking up our vehicle. I always recommend them when someone is looking for trustworthy service. Someone I know even comes up from near Chicago to receive service with them.

Ken and Skip are outstanding. They are Toyota experts and are knowledgeable on everything Toyota. I’ve been bringing my 2008 Tundra here since 2017 and I now have over 205,000 miles on the truck. I attribute that longevity to Gages Lake Auto’s professional service which is always done right and on time. I’ll keep going back. If you have an older Toyota this is the shop to go to.
