I used to really enjoy bringing my car here. I commute from Kenosha to Highland Park, and having a loaner while my car was being serviced was always a huge help. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. But the most recent appointment may have been too much for me. I requested service Online but never received confirmation of my booking. I also didn’t receive the usual reminder the night before, which meant I had to reach out myself on the day of the appointment for clarification. By the time I did, the appointment had already passed, and no one followed up when I missed it. My family has trusted this location with our vehicles for several years, so this lack of communication was surprising and frustrating. I hope this is something that can be improved moving forward
