Ken found the problem quickly with his fellow team member and fixed my car in one day. They have great service, and their work is exceptional and prices are fair. If I would have had the work done at a dealership, it would have cost me at least a few hundred dollars more, I'm sure. Thank you to Ken H and his staff.

I was referred to Gage's Lake Auto by a friend in 2015 after a dealer suggested to me my 2002 CRV should be traded in and not repaired due to the cost. I drove that car 5 more years because of Gages Lake Auto. I never once felt like they were suggesting that I fix something that wasn't absolutely necessary. When I replaced that car I made sure they checked out it's replacement before purchasing. I appreciate your honesty regarding repairs and the loaners when necessary. Thank you Willie, Ken and all the staff for taking care of ALL my automotive needs and for making me feel like one of the family. I will never take my car any place else!

Had a mechanical problem surprise me on Thursday. Called GL and they were able to get me in and a diagnosis within a very short time. Picked up the car the next morning, perfect! They were so nice on the phone and responded immediately to texts with any questions. Highly recommend!
