Gages Lake Auto really surpassed our expectations. We had a terrible experience where a dealership botched an oil change, then said we needed to replace the engine. Jonny found out the problem was actually a damaged filter. Our problems were fixed for a very reasonable price. The service is top notch. We will definitely be using them again.

Another good time early in the morning at Gages Lake Auto. Great bunch of guys over at the Lake Villa location. They get you in when they say they will, do great service, point out any potential problems, and send you on your way confident about your car. Does YOUR current repair shop do this for YOU!? That's what I thought so why aren't you taking your car here!!?

been going to this place for years now. they’ve always been really good, but i had to get towed because my starter went out and they were able to get me a free tow and fix my car in less than 24 hours:) mike and the rest of the team are really helpful

Owner very rude and obnoxious I'm surprised they stay in business tells you your vehicle will be done in 3 days and it's been 3 weeks still not done and the price keeps changing on what they quoted ill never go here again

Customer service is more than just talk. Here, we’re all important, even though we don’t drive the most expensive cars. The majority of my dealings have been at the Lake Villa shop with kudos to Ken, CJ, and crew.
