If I could give this place a zero I would. THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! My boyfriend towed his car to this shop. Before he did he called, the lady he spoke to told him that the diagnostic would be free just to look at the car. There was no maintenance done to the car. When we walked in to get his car back. The Manager charged him 155 dollars just for the diagnosis and told us that his co-worker would never say that it’s free but we both heard her say it. I will never be spending another dime at this auto shop and I will be reporting them as well!

Excellent service. They gave me complete confidence that my car, which needed some serious work, was being fixed without any concerns. I am a satisfied customer and can highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely the best!!! Grayslake auto in Lake Villa. They are honest, and tell you whats up. They listened to me and my concerns. I have been there a few times. They didnt add on anything that was not necessary. Told me what the problem was, also said the reason why it needed to be done. Even offered how to avid a problem down the road. I will definitely be going back again for all my car needs. The best part they got my car done the same day. Offered a loaner so I didnt miss any work!

Another routine oil change and the mechanics found another possible problem. I love how these guys always look out for you. It's not about them making more money from you, they honestly care about your safety going down the road. Does your current shop do that for you!?

Great costumer service and communication! Mechanics/Front of house always tells you what needs to be fixed first and what can wait! The world is so expensive now and we need our cars to run so honestly pricing is pricing... What I mean by that is you're gonna have to fix your car one way or another! (But you do get a discount if you pay in cash!!!!!) They do communicate on pricing though before they do the repairs. They also have loaners, you just need to fill the gas tank before you return the loaner!
