Very efficient. I called on a Friday morning they listen to my concerns. I was able to get my car to the shop Friday evening right before they closed. They diagnosed the problem and had my car back up on the road by early Monday afternoon very satisfied.

Great people and customer service. Replaced my water pump a little over a year ago just so happened to be faulty and go bad, they warrantied it and replaced it within 3 business days.

I called before i had got my car towed that my car broke and explained everything that happened the lady on the phone said the Diagnosis was FREE later they called saying my car was done i was there to pick it up and i was charged $150+ for them doing nothing… Also i had a ignition coil in cylinder 4 they switched it to cylinder 2 without talking to me or without notifying me I refused to bring your car here its bad service and bad customer service WONT go back !.

If I could give this place a zero I would. THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! My boyfriend towed his car to this shop. Before he did he called, the lady he spoke to told him that the diagnostic would be free just to look at the car. There was no maintenance done to the car. When we walked in to get his car back. The Manager charged him 155 dollars just for the diagnosis and told us that his co-worker would never say that it’s free but we both heard her say it. I will never be spending another dime at this auto shop and I will be reporting them as well!
